Bishop Dr. Marvin C. Draper is the founder and Senior Pastor of Abounding Praise Worship Center. God placed a calling on his life over forty years ago, and since then he has dedicated himself to preaching, teaching, and building up God’s people. Many know him as “A Man Before His Time” because of the vision and revelation God gave him early in ministry. His heart is for worship, deliverance, and helping people reach their full potential in Christ.

Pastor Charlene Draper serves alongside her husband as Co-Pastor of Abounding Praise Worship Center. She is a passionate preacher, counselor, and intercessor with a heart for empowering women and families. In 1996 she launched Women With Standards Ministry, which continues to inspire and equip women to walk confidently in their purpose and leadership.
